Shane Kemp

Former WV Black Bears pitcher Shane Kemp signed with the Gateway Grizzlies of the independent Frontier League on March 29.

Kemp was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 26th round of the 2015 Major League Amateur Draft. He pitched in 14 games for the Black Bears in 2017, before being promoted to the West Virginia Power. He finished the season with the Bradenton Marauders. See complete minor league stats.
