Assistant General Manager recognized: Jackie Riggleman was recently named New York-Penn League Joann Weber Female Executive of the Year. She has worked for the Black Bears since they arrived in Morgantown in 2015, and is responsible for Black Bears ticketing, merchandise, media relations and community relations. Former Black Bears to play in Arizona Fall League: As reported in yesterday's blog post, five former West Virginia Black Bears have been assigned to the Glendale River Dogs in the Arizona Fall League. Pitchers J.T. Brubaker and Brandon Waddell, infielders Kevin Kramer and Mitchell Tolman, and outfielder Logan Hill are playing for the River Dogs this fall. Season Ticket Renewals: Black Bears Fans renewing their season tickets can do so at the renewal party on Oct. 24 at Buffalo Wild Wings in the University Town Centre! People purchasing season tickets for the first time can do so starting on Nov. 1. Current season ticket holders can RSVP for the renewal party at the Black Bears website here.

2017 Attendance Figures: According to the New York-Penn League website, Black Bears attendance declined for the second straight year. Here's the breakdown by season:
