Will Craig leads Altoona Curve with 15 RBI

Former West Virginia Black Bears prospect Will Craig is leading the Altoona Curve with 15 RBI after 21 games of Eastern League action this season.

Craig was the first round pick (22nd overall) by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2016 draft out of Wake Forest and played in 63 games for the Black Bears that summer (.280/.412/.362, 2 HR, 23 RBI). He spent the entire 2017 season with the Bradenton Marauders in the Florida State League (.271/.373/.371, 6 HR, 61 RBI).

Craig is ranked by Pirates Prospects at 27th on the Pirates top 50 prospects list. He as drafted as a third baseman and has been switched to first base.
